Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DMARC Analyzer ("the app", "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
DMARC Analyzer is a free tool that reads DMARC aggregate reports you provide, either by uploading files or by importing them from your Gmail account, and displays an analysis with recommendations for email authentication and deliverability. The app runs in your web browser. How it handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload reports, connect email accounts, and analyze domains that you own or are authorized to access.
- Do not use the app in violation of any law or regulation, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or the systems that host it.
Google accounts
If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize the app to access your mailbox with read-only permission as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Recommendations are informational
The analysis and recommendations are generated automatically from the reports you provide and are offered for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, for example because reports are missing, delayed, or malformed, or because the app's heuristics do not fit your situation. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your DNS records, email configuration, or DMARC policy. Changing a DMARC policy to quarantine or reject can cause legitimate email to be filtered or blocked; review changes carefully and test them before relying on them.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance.
Intellectual property
The app and its original content, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You keep all rights to the reports and data you provide; we do not receive or claim any rights to them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its results will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, email delivery, revenue, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed US $50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability, will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
